RESEARCH

The research phase focused on understanding the reality of domestic service professionals, their daily challenges, and the lack of access to benefits, visibility, and digital solutions tailored to their needs. We analyzed communication patterns within social impact platforms, mapped trust barriers, and studied how technology is perceived by users who are often excluded from traditional digital products. These insights guided the tone, structure, and content strategy of the website and social media — prioritizing clarity, respect, and accessibility over technical or corporate language.

DESIGN

The design approach was centered on humanizing technology. Visual elements, typography, and color choices were defined to feel welcoming, clear, and trustworthy, ensuring the platform communicated care and inclusion without appearing paternalistic. The website and social media visuals were designed to simplify understanding, reinforce ZEEG’s social mission, and create an emotional connection with users through approachable and contemporary aesthetics.

DEVELOPMENT

The website was developed with a focus on performance, responsiveness, and ease of navigation, ensuring access across different devices and connectivity conditions. Lightweight assets and a clear information structure support fast loading times and a frictionless experience — essential for reaching a broad and diverse audience. This technical approach allows ZEEG to scale its communication and content while maintaining stability, accessibility, and consistency across digital touchpoints.

CONCEPT
