The research phase focused on understanding how people perceive vehicle protection and tracking services — especially the barriers of trust, clarity, and usability commonly found in this market. We analyzed competitors, user expectations, and communication patterns to identify gaps between highly technical solutions and everyday users who simply want security, control, and peace of mind. These insights guided the structure, messaging, and hierarchy of the WordPress website, ensuring the launch experience would feel accessible, reliable, and easy to understand from the first interaction.

DESIGN

The website design was built to communicate trust and simplicity without losing a sense of technological robustness. Visual hierarchy, typography, and color usage were carefully defined to guide users through the product’s value proposition, emphasizing clarity over excess information.
